Early Childhood Development Project.

General background
Human development is necessary and sustainable development is importance that provide basic education to children in community. Beginning in early childhood development, for giving an opportunity to complete in physical, motivation, spiritual and other skill for basic to learn in high level. They are living in remote area, high mountain, no school in the village, their parents never learned and most them do Rice field, some year the product is enough but some year is not enough, have to buy in lowland [Town] the transportation is difficult in rainy season. This education level has to provide by Thai local administration [local government] but depend on the budget [limited] can’t provide whole. So that TBCAF has a proposal to early childhood development for appropriate with development in opportunity.

Comment1
This is important to provide knowledge to the kid because a small kid will remember and profound in things at they have seen and known in as well. So the teachers are in necessary to get a new teaching method and appropriate to take care the kid in good. We have a proposal to visit them for teaching exhibitions and do some activities with children. To give the teachers an new idea in teaching. We started in nursery schools at Huay num khun, Poo ter,Pha dei, Tam suaw and Khun huey Mae sot villages in Mae sot, Tak Province. Also we extended to migrants learning center in Maesot and the closely Mae sot area too. I have seen that the children enjoyed and movement in an interesting for learning. I am hoping that both of them will grow up in complete with physical and motivate. [Pong intern student]

I drove the Motorcycle to Lako village, Mae ramat district, Tak province because we wouldn’t drive the car to there in rainy season; I felt that it’s long distance. This village there is no school before, on early of this year the TBCAF have seen in necessary of children and let me went to build the Nursery school there and provided one teacher, there are 42 students. When we built the Nursery school, every villager came in participated and we worked together only 3 days finished the building, the child rents came to see us when we are working and they are enjoining to have a school. I satisfied in this work, if the villagers interesting these, I think the development will good in go on. [Yo thin] Official

โครงการการศึกษาระดับปฐมวัย

การพัฒนาคนเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นและการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนที่สุดคือการจัดให้มีการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานให้แก่เด็กในชุมชน โดยเริ่มที่เด็กก่อนวัยเรียนให้เขามีโอกาสเตรียมความพร้อม ด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์ จิตใจและทักษะอื่นๆ เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานในการเรียนรู้ที่สูงขึ้น พวกเขาอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ห่างไกล เป็นภูเขาสูง ไม่เคยมีโรงเรียนในหมู่บ้าน ผู้ปกครองไม่ได้เรียนหนังสือและส่วนใหญ่มีอาชีพทำไร่ข้าว บางปีมีข้าวพอกินแต่บางปีข้าวไม่พอ ต้องหาซื้อจากพื้นราบ การเดินทางลำบากมากในฤดูฝน การจัดการศึกษาในระดับนี้เป็นหน้าที่ขององค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น แต่ด้วยข้อจำกัดของงบประมาณจึงไม่สามารถบริการได้ทั่วถึง มูลนิธิฯได้จัดให้มีโครงการการศึกษาก่อนวัยเรียนเพื่อพวกเขามีโอกาสได้รับการพัฒนาที่เหมาะสมและถูกต้อง

การให้ความรู้แก่เด็กปฐมวัยหรือเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนถือว่าสำคัญมาก เพราะเด็กเล็กจะจำและซึมซับเอาสิ่งต่างๆที่พวกเขาได้รู้ได้เห็นได้เป็นอย่างดี ดังนั้นครูผู้สอนหรือพี่เลี้ยงเด็กจำเป็นต้องมีวิธีการสอนแบบใหม่ๆหรือเลี้ยงดูเด็กที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสมกับวัย เราจึงจัดให้มีโครงการนี้ขึ้น โดยการออกไปสาธิตการสอนและทำกิจกรรมต่างๆกับเด็กๆ เพื่อให้ครูพี่เลี้ยงได้มีแนวคิดการเรียนการสอนใหม่ๆ ที่ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านห้วยน้ำขุ่น บ้านปูเตอร์ บ้านพะเด๊ะ บ้านถ้ำเสือและบ้านขุนห้วยแม่สอด พี้นที่อำเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก และที่ศูนย์การเรียนของเด็กเร่ร่อนหรือเด็กแรงงานต่างด้าวชาวพม่าในอำเภอแม่สอดและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงอีกด้วย ผมเห็นว่าเด็กๆมีความสนุกสนานและมีวิวัฒนาการเรียนรู้ได้เร็วขึ้น เชื่อว่าเด็กทั้ง 2 กลุ่มโตขึ้นพร้อมสุขภาพและอารมณ์ที่ดีแน่นอน

บ้านเลโค๊ะตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่อำเภอแม่ระมาด จังหวัดตาก ผมขับรถจักรยานยนต์ไป เพราะฤดูฝนรถยนต์ไปไม่ได้ รู้สึกว่าไกลมาก หมู่บ้านนี้ไม่เคยมีโรงเรียนมาก่อน เมื่อต้นปีนี้ทางมูลนิธิช่วยเหลือเด็กชายแดนจังหวัดตากได้แลเห็นความสำคัญของเด็กๆและได้ให้ผมขึ้นไปสร้างอาคารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้ 1 หลัง พร้อมจัดหาครูในหมู่บ้านให้ 1 คน มีจำนวนนัเรียน 42 คน เวลาก่อสร้างเห็นชาวบ้านมีความสามัคคี ช่วยกันสร้างภายใน 3 วันก็เสร็จ ส่วนเด็กๆดีใจที่จะได้ไปโรงเรียนและมาดูพวกเราที่กำลังสร้างอาคาร ผมภูมิใจในการทำงานครั้งนี้และหากชาวบ้านช่วยเหลือกันเช่นนี้การพัฒนาจะไปได้ดี

兒童早期發展計畫

背景概述：
為社區兒童提供基礎教育對於他們其後一生的穩定發展是絕對必要的。孩童的早期發展，可為他們肢體、動機、精神等層面的進階能力打好基礎。他們住在偏遠地區與高山上，村裡沒有學校，他們的父母不曾受過教育，大多以種田維生。有時收成充足，但收穫量不足時他們必須到平地(城鎮)購買，若不幸碰到雨季，交通會非常的不方便。僅依靠泰國當地政府有限的預算，很難周全維護當地的教育水準。因此泰國達府邊境兒童協助基金會提出計畫，為兒童的早期發展營造更優質的環境。

經驗分享一：
提供知識給兒童吸收是很重要的，因為小孩會銘記他們所看過或知道的事物。因此老師必須運用新的教學法，同時妥善地照顧孩童。我們在社區企劃教學觀摩，同時準備活動讓兒童參與，希望為老師帶來一些教學上的新想法。我們先從位於達府美索鎮(Mae sot)的Huay num khun, Poo ter,Pha dei, Tam suaw 以及 Khun huey等村落的托兒所開始。我們也將計畫延伸至美索鎮的移工學習中心及美索週邊地區。孩子們都樂在其中，我最大的願望就是他們都得以身心健全地成長。[Pong，實習學生]

經驗分享二：
我騎摩托車到達府Mae ramat區的Lako村，因為雨季的路況不適合行駛汽車，讓這趟路途顯得好漫長、好遙遠。以前這個村落沒有學校，今年初達府邊境兒童協助基金會基於當地兒童的教育需求，派遣我到這裡協助成立社區托兒所，並培訓資助一位教師，托兒所成立後共收了四十二名學生。每位村民都參與了我們建造托兒所的過程，因此我們只花三天就完工了。孩子們在旁邊觀看我們工作，因為他們很高興終於可以上學了。我也樂在其中，我相信只要村民熱衷於兒童教育，這裡一定會發展得更好。 [Yo thin，工作人員]

計畫執行情況：
1. 位在Huey Num Khun村的托兒所於2005年五月正式啟用，共計有四十名學生、兩位老師。
2. 位在Lako村的托兒所於2006年六月正式啟用，共計有四十二名學生、一位老師。
